Ingredients

  • 250g Ricotta

  • 80g Caster Sugar

  • 200g Biscuits

  • 1C short black espresso

  • 1 Tbsp Nutella

  • Chocolate Chips

  • Rice Bubbles (Optional)

Method

  1. Combine Ricotta, coffee, nutella and sugar in a mixing bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl break up biscuits of your choice into pieces

  3. In a serving glass or bowl add layers alternating between a layer of Ricotta mix then broken biscuits (rice bubbles if desired) then sprinkle with choc chips.

  4. Put in the fridge for 10 mins or so to set.
