250g Ricotta

80g Caster Sugar

200g Biscuits

1C short black espresso

1 Tbsp Nutella

Chocolate Chips

Rice Bubbles (Optional)
Method

Combine Ricotta, coffee, nutella and sugar in a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl break up biscuits of your choice into pieces

In a serving glass or bowl add layers alternating between a layer of Ricotta mix then broken biscuits (rice bubbles if desired) then sprinkle with choc chips.

Put in the fridge for 10 mins or so to set.
