Massimo’s creamy Italian-style Ricotta is exceptionally smooth and soft, making it easy to pipe, spread, spoon out. Unlike traditional ricotta, which can be slightly grainy, this creamy version has a silky consistency with delicate, mildly sweet, and milky flavors.
Ricotta is used in various dishes including pasta fillings, desserts, and spreads.
