Burrata, being a pouch filled with fresh Stracciatella (a mix of fresh mozzarella curds and cream) this creamy indulgent centre contrasts beautifully with the firm outer layer of Mozzarella. Renowned for its delicate texture and creamy and buttery flavour profile, Burrata can be paired with most fresh seasonal produce, fresh ripe tomatoes, stone fruit, torn over a salad, part of an antipasto platter, with bruschetta or plain olive oil.
