Massimo’s Bocconcini, handcrafted from fresh cow’s milk, these bite-sized wonders are soft, moist, and incredibly creamy. With a fresh milky flavour profile our Bocconcini is a versatile cheese with wonderful melting properties and can be served fresh, grilled or in baked dishes.
How to Use:
Bocconcini can be arranged on an antipasto platter, on skewers with cherry tomatoes, basil, melon or berries. Torn and tossed through a salad or pasta and a perfect topping for pizza’s or baked dishes.
