I love your Mozzarella it is just great. I also like very much the Ricotta. My Dad buys it from Eastridge New World and we put the fresh Mozzarella on a very crisp base pizza. Dad is now mixing a little honey into the pizza dough as when it is cooked, it crisps it up a little more.

Keep on making the great Mozzarella!
