  • Massimo’s© Mozzarella- Bocconcini or Cherry: 2 Containers
  • Sicilian Olives (Green Olives): 100g
  • Prosciutto: 50g

Preparation

The Italian Skewers contain tomatoes, olives and Massimo’s cherry bocconcini .

They are a great light snack in the summer or a side for lunch or dinner.

Very flavorsome with the creamy Bocconcini and olives that mixes superbly with the sweetness of the tomatoes.

Stick the tomatoes, olives and Bocconcini onto the skewers, 2 of each works well.

Place the lettuce on a plate with some prosciutto and lay the skewers on top to serve.
