  • 1 x 125g tub Massimo’s Burrata
  • 1 x Beefsteak tomato
  • Rocket
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Add a layer of rocket to a bowl to create a bed for the beefsteak tomatoes.

Slice the beefsteak tomato horizontally into 4-5 pieces & lay on top of the rocket.

Tear the Massimos Burrata into two pieces and place them on top of the layer of tomatoes.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
