Smoked Scamorza
Massimo’s Smoked Scamorza is similar to Mozzarella, it is hung to dry for several weeks during which it develops a slightly elastic texture with a thin, edible rind. After the aging process our Scamorza is smoked imparting a distinctive rich smoky flavor to it’s taste profile.
Smoked Scamorza melts beautifully and due to its elasticity, can be grilled until it develops a crispy, golden crust on the outside while remaining creamy, gooey and smoky inside.

Available in a 900g cylinder log shape, vacuum sealed.
