Massimo’s Stracciatella is a decadent tangle of elastic strings of mozzarella and cream. Stracciatella is the gooey interior of a ball of burrata.

With a rich, buttery, milky flavor Stracciatella can be served on bruschetta, top a pizza or pasta or indulge on its own.

Available in a 180g tub, made from pasteurized cow’s milk and suitable tor vegetarians
