Our fresh creamy Italian style Ricotta is made in the traditional way, we simply add salt and milk to preserve the purity and quality of the flavors.

Its unique cone shape is given by the fuscella, the traditional container in which it is placed at the end of the processing cycle.​

Ricotta is low in fat and high in protein with a smooth, creamy, sweet flavor that can be used in both savoury or sweet dishes.

Available in a 250g tub, made from pasteurized cow’s milk and suitable tor vegetarians
