Provolone originates from Southern Italy as pasta filata family meaning “spun paste,” where the cheese is made of a stretched-curd or pulled-curd.

Our Provolone Piccante is a semi-hard cheese with a  smooth rind and sharp, piquant taste.

Aged for a minimum of three months and produced in approx. 7KG sausage shaped logs.
