Ingredients
- 1 x 125g tub Massimo’s Burrata
- 1 x Beefsteak tomato
- Rocket
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Add a layer of rocket to a bowl to create a bed for the beefsteak tomatoes.
- Slice the beefsteak tomato horizontally into 4-5 pieces & lay on top of the rocket.
- Tear the Massimos Burrata into two pieces and place them on top of the layer of tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
