I was very fortunate to be introduced to their cherry bocconcini at an event I attended. It was combined with olives and cherry tomatoes and it was a struggle to leave some for everyone else to eat. I loved the taste and texture. Definitely my go to mozzarella.

I love your mozzarella and am a regular buyer. I have found it more consistently good than any other on the market. Sadly, I had my first unsatisfactory batch this week. It was very hard. I bought it at New World Te Rapa and the expiry date was 12.05.16. I don’t know if that helps to see what might have happened differently on the day it was made. I’ve eaten it anyway! And will try again when the next batch comes into the store.
